Exchange bkf recovery through NTBackup Utility

Sometimes we make an error while backing up data with the use of NTBackup utility, That’s why I am explaining steps that are required for this process:-

*Click on start button and go to program and then to control panel.

*Click on Turn Windows features on or off that is on left side, and then fill user id and password if the login option is coming.

*And then tick mark on the check box next to Removable Storage Management to turn the feature on, and then click OK button.

*Select Backup tab at the top.

*In the left pane, scroll to the file/folder which you want to backup and put a check mark on it.

*At the bottom, mention the output filename (the backup output).

*From here you can schedule your backup process or there is one other way:-

You can adjust schedule in two ways:
1) Automatically 2) Manually

*Open Control Panel, you have an option to adjust the schedule manually once you have initially created it, you just need to follow a few steps:-

**Click: Start -> Control Panel -> Scheduled Tasks
**Click on the job and then adjust the settings for scheduling process.
**And then click on OK button.

Once set, click Start Backup button on the right, and again click Start Backup in resulting dialog.
NTBackup offers the ability to schedule backup jobs. When you use NTBackup and take the "schedule" option, NTBackup builds a command-line string and then uses the Windows "Scheduled Tasks" functionality to schedule it to run.
